At Adisseo, we value diversity and encourage you to apply as you are! As a Production Operator, you will manage and monitor the production process on your assigned line, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing production parameters, preparing raw material mixes, and managing the preparation, processing, packaging, and filling operations. Your role includes checking product quality at every stage, ensuring machine functionality, performing basic maintenance, and reporting issues to the maintenance team. You will also need to respond swiftly to any parameter deviations, complete production orders accurately, and maintain a clean workstation at the end of your shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production parameters and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare the correct mix of raw materials.
• Oversee preparation, processing, packaging, and filling operations.
• Check product quality at every stage of the process.
• Ensure proper functioning of machines and perform cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Set up machines, troubleshoot simple malfunctions, and report issues to maintenance.
• Respond quickly to parameter deviations.
• Ensure accurate completion and updates of production orders.
• Safeguard your own safety and that of colleagues.
• Leave your workstation clean and orderly at the end of your shift.

Requirements

• Experience as an operator in the process industry is advantageous.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (fluency required) due to strict safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and results-oriented.
• Positive mindset and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, understand, and set parameters with strong problem-solving skills.
• MBO diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred; work attitude is prioritized.
