The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records for accounts payable and receivable
• Process and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage payroll and expense reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
