The Role

We are seeking a part-time Operations and Marketing Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our expanding company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about the inner workings of a startup.

The Role

In this position, you will support various tasks across Operations, Client Services, Marketing, and general Administration. You will work independently and accurately on tasks assigned during online meetings, with flexibility in your schedule between 9am-5pm UK time.

Responsibilities

  • Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with finance administration, invoicing, and record-keeping
  • Send invoices through Stripe and create contracts
  • Support hiring coordination and candidate screening
  • Onboard and train new staff
  • Maintain internal AI-assisted workflows
  • Update ClickUp project management and write task briefs
  • Ensure tidy communications on Slack
  • QA design and development work
  • Support client success processes and keep KPIs updated
  • Create social media posts and marketing materials
  • Update website content and landing pages
  • Build lead lists and support outbound outreach
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and update CRM/pipeline tracking

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, documents, and project management tools
  • Ability to follow SOPs and complete tasks independently
  • Quick learner with new software
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
  • Availability during UK working hours
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
