The Role

We are a trusted recruitment partner dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading companies across diverse industries. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support a rapidly growing technology company. This full-time remote position is available to candidates throughout the EMEA region.

The Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in the company’s people operations, ensuring efficient HR processes. Your responsibilities will include recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records, all aimed at fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for a seamless employee journey.
  • Maintain, update, and organize HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare and organize HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and internal reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and external partners.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.
  • Ensure compliance of HR operations with company policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (experience in the tech sector is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR platforms like BambooHR or Zoho People.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and be proactive in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
