The Role

As a Front Office Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences from the moment they arrive. Your role is to foster a welcoming atmosphere, transforming check-ins into engaging conversations and ensuring the lobby is vibrant and inviting.

The Role

In this position, you will welcome guests warmly, assist with check-ins and payments, maintain a lively lobby atmosphere, and provide local recommendations. You will also handle bookings for activities and share guest feedback with the team to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with check-ins, payments, and kiosk navigation.
  • Keep the lobby tidy and energetic.
  • Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences.
  • Manage bookings for activities and restaurants.
  • Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
  • Promote TSH outlets and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
  • Energetic and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on creating memorable moments.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like PMS, kiosks, or guest messaging apps.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Team player who remains calm during busy periods.
