The Role

Are you ready to lead? As the Head Coach, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our new store. Your primary mission will be to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies our brand values and excels in a luxury retail environment, ensuring an outstanding consumer experience while fostering a motivated workplace.

Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, develop, and elevate top talent to build a winning team that delivers exceptional service. Enhance employee knowledge through product training and effective task delegation. Provide ongoing coaching and recognition to drive engagement and results. Conduct monthly 1:1s with the leadership team to create personalized development plans.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills, sharing successes and solutions to enhance team engagement. Participate actively in team meetings, contributing valuable insights. Uphold integrity and ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
  • Store Operations: Manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas. Identify operational efficiencies and implement best practices. Create effective schedules aligned with payroll and team capabilities. Lead the team to achieve key business metrics and ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Health & Safety standards.
  • Planning & Merchandising: Oversee the Visual Merchandising team to ensure flawless execution of visual directives. Lead the planning and execution of merchandise launches to enhance consumer engagement. Provide feedback to the District VM Manager on product opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience with strong operational knowledge.
  • Proven ability to deliver premium customer service in a brand-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid work permit required if not an EU national.
