The Role
We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist for a remote contract position, offering flexible hourly work. In this role, you will create professional design assets and document your creative workflows for various digital projects, showcasing your entire design process from concept through to final delivery.

You will lead full-cycle design projects, utilizing industry-standard tools to manage workflows from initial sketches to final asset delivery. Your responsibilities will include documenting your creative decision-making and problem-solving techniques clearly, organizing and preparing design files for team handoff, and applying expert color correction and visual composition for high-quality results.

- Document creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques with clear written explanations.
- Organize, label, and prepare design files for team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and composition refinement.
- Apply expert color correction, visual composition, and asset optimization for professional-grade results.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to design knowledge sharing across remote teams.
Requirements
- Professional graphic design and illustration experience.
- Proficiency with digital design software (raster/vector tools).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complete project workflows.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining design processes.
- Expertise in asset organization and file management.
- Knowledge of color theory, composition, and visual refinement skills.
