In this role, you will engage with senior internal stakeholders and suppliers to enhance sourcing strategies, lead commercial negotiations, and manage procurement operations across key indirect spend categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across indirect procurement categories, emphasizing technology-related spend.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct complex commercial negotiations with strategic vendors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
• Support the management and optimization of SaaS and enterprise software contracts across essential platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing tools, customer service platforms, and content management systems).
• Drive value creation through cost optimization, supplier performance management, and contract governance.
• Contribute to the optimization of procurement systems and tools to enhance procurement processes and platforms.
• Provide procurement support across additional indirect categories including logistics, facilities, and finance-related services.
• Analyze spend data and procurement metrics to aid strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong experience in negotiating SaaS and technology-related contracts.
• Proven experience managing significant technology-related spend, especially SaaS platforms like CRM and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or sourcing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, including technology leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
