The Role

Join the Total Rewards team as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst, where you will:

  • Contribute to the development of our global compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to create effective total rewards solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, manage compensation programs, and facilitate the annual compensation cycle.
  • Provide strategic consulting on salary administration, incentives, and long-term plan designs.
  • Support critical projects including benefit program design, M&A integrations, and system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Align and harmonize compensation and benefits programs across EMEA countries to maintain an employee proposition in line with the company vision.
  • Offer strategic guidance to management and HR clients on job leveling, offer-making, and internal equity adjustments.
  • Assist HR colleagues and business units on talent retention, job evaluations, gender pay gap issues, and Union/Works Council activities.
  • Ensure compliance of local benefits programs with legislation and market competitiveness, aligned with the total rewards strategy.
  • Support M&A activities with a focus on Total Rewards integration.
  • Assist in planning the annual total compensation process in Workday, including market movement analysis and budgeting.
  • Support benefits design, policy development, and communication to stakeholders and employees.
  • Oversee relationships with insured benefit providers and brokers across multiple locations.
  • Contribute expertise to various Total Rewards projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience (minimum 3+ years in compensation or related field).
  • Preferred fields include Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Proven project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of global and European compensation practices and regulations.
  • Experience with benefit platforms and flexible benefits technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Financial acumen to align rewards strategies with business objectives.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, or other European languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional preferred, Certified Equity Professional advantageous.
