In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm reception. As the first point of contact, you'll manage reservations through phone and email, handle administrative duties, and process invoices. You'll also coordinate daily operations and be actively involved in various departments, including breakfast service, housekeeping, and the restaurant. While your primary location will be within the Bastion Hotel chain, you should be flexible for assignments at other locations as needed.

• Greet guests warmly and manage their reservations.

• Be operationally active in breakfast service, housekeeping, and restaurant.
• Remain flexible for assignments at different locations within the chain.

Requirements

• Full-time availability with flexibility for morning and evening shifts.
• Completed MBO level 4 education in Hospitality or relevant experience.
• Preferably possess a driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively, even under pressure.
• Ambitious and driven, with a desire to develop leadership skills.
