The Role

HSE Officer Fulltime - Oosterhout of Giessen. Heb jij veiligheid als hoogste prioriteit en affiniteit met een productieomgeving? In de rol van HSE Officer bij Bostik ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vastlegging en opvolging van HSE gerelateerde zaken. Je promoot een veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie en overtuigt collega's van de waarde van verbeteringen. Collega's kunnen ideeën over gezondheid, milieu en veiligheid delen via Smart Cards, die jij samen met jouw team opvolgt. Je verzorgt trainingen en toolboxsessies om het veiligheidsbewustzijn te vergroten.

De Rol

Je implementeert en stimuleert beleid op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu, zorgt voor opvolging en rapportage van incidenten, en onderhoudt contacten met externe auditors en leveranciers. Je voert veiligheidsrondes uit, stelt managementrapportages op en bevordert veiligheidsbewustzijn door medewerkers aan te spreken op (on)veilig gedrag.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Implementeren en stimuleren van HSE beleid.
  • Rapporteren en opvolgen van (bijna) incidenten.
  • Overleggen met externe partijen over HSE.
  • Contact onderhouden met operations en ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes en opvolgen van Smart Cards.
  • Opstellen van managementrapportages en communiceren van auditresultaten.
  • Geven van trainingen en toolboxsessies.
  • Ondersteunen bij RI&E's.

Vereisten

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau met afgeronde MVK opleiding.
  • Ervaring met HSE verbeterprojecten.
  • Werkervaring in Health, Safety & Environment bij een (chemische) producent.
  • Hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en durven aanspreken op (on)veilig gedrag.
  • Kennis van MS Office en HSE managementsystemen.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
