We are seeking a proactive Legal Assistant specializing in Entertainment to support our international live events and touring activities across Europe. This position is perfect for individuals with a solid legal background who are familiar with the entertainment industry and can confidently engage with venues, partners, media, and collecting societies.

The Role

You will play a crucial role in maintaining organized legal operations, safeguarding our business reputation, and ensuring effective communication with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to venues and partners, including pre-litigation correspondence, debt follow-ups, and settlement documentation.
• Assist in managing complaints and incident reports while ensuring consistent internal records.
• Coordinate communication with European collecting societies and licensing organizations.
• Prepare data for reporting and follow up on invoice clarifications.
• Help resolve disputes and address questions regarding rights classification and licensing scope.
• Support takedown requests and escalation processes as needed, maintaining evidence packs (screenshots, links, timestamps) and tracking actions/outcomes.
• Conduct research on country-specific requirements and local legal partners, preparing summaries and briefings for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Legal education or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in a legal support, paralegal, or legal operations role, preferably in Entertainment, Events, or Media.
• Familiarity with live events workflows and stakeholder management (venues, promoters, ticketing, suppliers).
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional emails and formal letters in professional English.
• Proficient in working with legal documents, including contracts, annexes, invoice disputes, and evidence files.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with collecting societies and licensing (small rights/performance rights).
• Basic understanding of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, neighboring rights).
