The Role
Heb je geen ervaring als chef, maar ben je enthousiast over koken? Begin als Junior Productie Kok en ontwikkel je kookvaardigheden in een professionele productieomgeving.
Als Junior Productie Kok werk je samen met 18 tot 20 collega's in een grote productiekeuken waar dagelijks smaakvolle maaltijden worden bereid. Je maakt gebruik van professionele keukenapparatuur zoals woks, braadsledes en stoomovens. Hygiëne en kwaliteit zijn van groot belang; je werkt volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat elke maaltijd voldoet aan hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
Je werkt in verschillende diensten, voornamelijk overdag, tussen 7:00 en 19:00 uur, van maandag tot en met zaterdag.
Je nieuwe werkgever bereidt de heerlijkste Mexicaanse, Italiaanse en Aziatische gerechten, zoals nasi, saté en foe yong hai. De werksfeer is aangenaam; er wordt serieus gewerkt, maar plezier maken staat voorop. De werkgever is zeer betrokken en biedt veel persoonlijke aandacht. In de gezellige kantine kun je genieten van de gerechten die je helpt bereiden. De locatie is goed bereikbaar vanuit Den Haag met het openbaar vervoer, maar met de auto is het gemakkelijker.
