We are seeking energetic and personable Waiters and Waitresses to join our vibrant team at Lotti's, a neighborhood restaurant known for its internationally inspired brasserie-style cuisine featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Lotti's serves as a welcoming space for meetings, relaxation, or work during the day, and transforms into a lively bar with local DJ talent from Friday to Sunday.

Lotti's is located in the historic Hoxton, Amsterdam, which was once the Mayor’s residence and now houses 111 rooms, The Apartment for meetings and events, and our all-day restaurant and bar, Lotti’s. The Role

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be the face of our guests' dining experience, ensuring they have an enjoyable time from arrival to departure while adding your unique touch to their visit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist guests with their selections.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive environment.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and try different approaches.
