The Role

Ace Alliance is seeking a talented and dynamic Event Manager to spearhead our global event initiatives. This position transcends traditional event coordination, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, technical execution, and creative design to deliver impactful online and on-site events. The ideal candidate will manage logistics and partnerships while actively contributing to event funnel creation, landing page development, event management software, and optimizing the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Ace Alliance’s growth and engagement objectives. Conceptualize and launch flagship events, networking experiences, and digital sessions.
  • End-to-End Event Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from ideation to post-event analysis. Coordinate all on-site logistics, including venues, vendors, catering, entertainment, and branding elements.
  • Technical & Digital Event Setup: Collaborate with designers and developers on event landing pages to ensure high-converting user experiences. Plan and optimize the customer journey from registration to post-event engagement. Set up and manage event management software, integrations, and attendee data flows. Support livestreaming or hybrid event setups as needed.
  • Internal & External Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams. Represent Ace Alliance at external conferences, exhibitions, and industry events. Provide concierge services for VIP attendees.
  • Vendor, Partner & Sponsor Management: Build and maintain relationships with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and partners. Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality delivery across all collaborations.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a fast-paced, brand-driven iGaming environment.
  • Strong understanding of both physical and digital event ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with landing pages, event management software, or marketing funnels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and budget management.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
