The Role

In this dynamic role as our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the action, leading your team through each shift while maintaining high energy and smooth service. Your leadership will set the tone on the floor, support your crew during busy times, and ensure our guests leave with smiles. Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help onboard new team members and ensure daily operations run seamlessly.

The Role

You will lead the front-of-house team during service, creating a positive atmosphere and guiding your crew through challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the front-of-house team and setting an upbeat tone during service.
  • Guiding the crew on the floor and assisting them with immediate issues.
  • Supporting the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations by checking setups, stock, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Engaging with guests and stepping in where needed.
  • Accurately handling transactions and addressing any irregularities.
  • Sharing shift targets and motivating the team to achieve them.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista, or bartender role.
  • Confidence in leading a team during service.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in service.
  • Genuine hospitality energy and enjoyment in guest-facing roles.
  • Ability to work well with different teams and lead by example.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
