The Role

You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and validating various home appliances and connected hardware systems at customer locations. Your role will involve conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal device performance.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical aptitude with proficiency in hand and power tools for equipment installation and repair.
• Experience using field service apps or mobile platforms for workflow management and reporting.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to clear, empathetic customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing connections relevant to appliance setup.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to listen, educate, and resolve issues effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and the physical ability to lift heavy equipment and access various residential job sites.
