The Role

This full-time remote position is for an Operations Manager at a growing U.S.-based company. The Operations Manager will oversee and enhance daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for a U.S.-based small business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all areas.
  • Oversee capacity planning and utilization to meet business targets, volumes, and operational budgets.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company goals and initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Measure, assess, and report on team performance against targets and industry standards.
  • Support the development and execution of company strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in Client Success in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies aligned with desired outcomes.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in coaching, managing, and mentoring leaders to achieve KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

What We Offer

  • Compensation of $1,500 - $2,500 per month, paid in USD, based on experience.
  • Independent contractor agreement with payments made twice monthly.
