The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will manage the Marken warehouse and inventory, ensuring efficient use of packaging and supplies to meet both client and internal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scan and register all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify incoming shipments against the manifest, confirming correct pieces and weights.
• Replenish shipments based on temperature requirements.
• Learn the Transportation Management System (TMS) to update milestones.
• Create pre-alerts for agents based on location and ensure all pieces are scanned and manifested.
• Read temperature monitors and upload data into the Marken TMS.
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure proper handling based on temperature and delivery instructions.
• Escalate inquiries and concerns to senior staff and leadership.
• Safely handle dry ice and manage on-hold shipments according to procedures.
• Complete GxP documentation logs.
• Assist in dispatching and tendering shipments to airlines.
• Identify products requiring temperature control and manage replenishment needs.
• Prepare temperature-controlled packaging for shipments in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate supply of shipping materials is maintained.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse daily.
• Monitor compliance with warehouse safety rules.
• Control and report on warehouse-related KPIs.
• Clean and document packaging equipment and components.
• Prepare Next Flight Out shipments as required.
• Perform additional duties to support the Operations Team in completing daily tasks.
