The Role
Als afvalbelader in Uden ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schoonhouden van de stad. Je hebt uitzicht op een vast contract bij dit afvalbedrijf.
Je start je dag om 7 uur 's ochtends met een kop koffie samen met je collega's. Vervolgens ga je met de chauffeur op pad om verschillende soorten afval op te halen. Je leegt containers met de afvalwagen en controleert of het afval goed is gesorteerd. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de container correct wordt geladen en geleegd.
Ervaring is niet vereist, want je collega's zorgen voor een goede inwerkperiode. Mocht je onderweg problemen tegenkomen, dan meld je dit bij de planning, die snel voor een oplossing zorgt. Je werkt fulltime van maandag tot en met vrijdag, meestal rond 16:00 uur klaar.
Je gaat aan de slag bij een afvalbedrijf in Uden met ongeveer 100 beladers. Het bedrijf is goed bereikbaar met de auto, fiets of scooter en er zijn gratis parkeerplekken beschikbaar. De werksfeer is informeel en ontspannen, met een focus op samenwerking en teamactiviteiten.
Je houdt van aanpakken en werkt graag buiten. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed om effectief te communiceren met collega's en bewoners. Je woont in de regio Uden, Nijmegen, 's-Hertogenbosch, Helmond, Oss of Wijchen, wat handig is voor je reistijd. Fysieke fitheid is belangrijk, aangezien het werk lichamelijk veeleisend is. Flexibiliteit is ook gewenst, aangezien je soms op zaterdag werkt en de werktijden kunnen variëren.
