About the Company

Our client is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency located in the U.S., focused on creating high-performing websites and marketing campaigns for Home Services and Healthcare sectors. Their mission is to design visually appealing websites that yield measurable business outcomes.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Designer who excels in Figma, UX/UI design, and Webflow development. In this hands-on position, you will design and construct conversion-driven websites from the ground up, produce marketing assets, and establish scalable design systems. This role is perfect for someone who merges creative design thinking with technical Webflow skills and thrives in a dynamic, performance-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fully responsive websites from scratch using Webflow.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.
• Develop landing pages, ad creatives, email newsletters, and social media graphics.
• Build and maintain scalable UX design systems, including component libraries and style guides.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client objectives and ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement and uphold Client-First or Relume naming conventions in Webflow.
• Ensure all designs adhere to high standards for responsiveness, usability, and conversion effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems).
• Strong expertise in Webflow CMS, animations, and responsive design.
• Proven experience in building scalable design systems (component libraries, style guides).
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, spacing, color theory, visual hierarchy).
• Experience in creating digital marketing assets (ads, emails, social graphics).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work within U.S. Central Time.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Advanced Webflow animations and interactions.
• Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Home Services or Healthcare brands.
