We are seeking Offshore Wind Turbine Technicians to service and maintain our offshore wind turbines at Hollandse Kust Zuid (HKZ). You will be part of a team of over 30 technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our turbines.

The Role

You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining high safety and quality standards, supporting and learning from your teammates, and keeping accurate records of your work.

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on wind turbines
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Uphold safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members for support and learning
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed

Requirements

• Experience in technical, electrical, or mechanical work
• Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn
• Availability to work shifts offshore (7 days on, 7 days off)
• Proficient English skills (Dutch is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license for commuting
• Reside within 45 minutes of IJmuiden
