We are seeking a friendly and attentive part-time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Court. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, enjoy engaging with guests, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation and service standards.
• Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
• Professionally handle guest requests and concerns.
• Accurately process bills and payments.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous service experience preferred (experience in all-day dining or hotels is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food safety knowledge and service training (or willingness to learn).
