The Role

We are in search of a dedicated Production Supervisor with a background in manufacturing, especially within the electronics or high-tech industry. This position is centered on enhancing production processes, resolving equipment issues, and promoting operational excellence while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning tasks and preparing schedules.
• Manage scheduling control.
• Maintain material and quality control.
• Oversee additional duties on the assembly line.
• Guide and mentor employees, team leaders, and technicians.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company standards rigorously.

Requirements

• Minimum Technical High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the server or computer hardware industry.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., liquid cooling).
• Familiarity with testing and inspection of computer or electronic components.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Solid understanding of server rack integration/assembly is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean management is a plus.
