Insify is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join our executive team at a critical juncture in our growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee our operational framework, develop scalable systems, and lead our market entry initiatives while managing financial performance.

The Role

As COO, you will be the driving force behind Insify’s operational strategy. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will convert strategic ambitions into actionable plans, establishing the systems and teams necessary for scaling our operations across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence at Scale: Design and implement robust operational infrastructure to support aggressive growth across customer operations, claims, compliance, and more.
• European Market Expansion: Lead Insify’s entry into new European markets, managing country strategies, regulatory navigation, and local team development.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and capital allocation, partnering with the CEO and board on fundraising and investor communications.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across Operations, Finance, and Legal, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Strategic Execution: Develop quarterly and annual operating plans that align with Insify’s long-term vision, using metrics to track performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Legal & Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with legal and compliance partners to ensure integrity in operations across all markets, addressing insurance regulations and data privacy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior operating experience in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving financial discipline.
• Experience leading multi-country expansions in Europe, with a strong understanding of regulatory complexities.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Clear and effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in regulated industries like insurance or fintech is a significant advantage.
