The Role

Als operator zorg je ervoor dat alle machines optimaal functioneren. Je voert controles uit en grijpt direct in bij calamiteiten. Samen met je collega's lever je de beste voeding voor baby's in Nederland en daarbuiten. Je begint je dag op de high care afdeling, waar je van A tot Z producten voorbereidt voor het magazijn. Het afvullen van producten en het tillen van zakken van 25 kg is voor jou geen probleem, hoewel het meeste tilwerk machinaal wordt gedaan. Je start de machine op en monitort het proces. Bij problemen of kleine storingen ben jij degene die ingrijpt en deze oplost. Aangezien je verantwoordelijk bent voor babyvoeding, zijn strikte hygiëneregels van groot belang, en je vindt het dan ook vanzelfsprekend om je werkplek schoon te houden. Je werkt in een kleinschalig bedrijf dat ongeveer 40% van de baby's in Nederland van flesvoeding voorziet, wat betekent dat samenwerking met alle afdelingen cruciaal is. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse taal goed beheerst.

Responsibilities

  • Aanvullen van verpakkingsmaterialen
  • Uitvoeren van controles
  • Ingrijpen bij calamiteiten
  • Afstellen van machines en kleine technische storingen verhelpen
  • Schoonhouden van je werkplek

Requirements

  • 40 uur beschikbaar
  • Fysiek fit (in staat om zakken van 25 kg te tillen en regelmatig trappen te lopen)
  • In staat om schoon, hygiënisch en volgens voorschriften te werken
  • Vermogen om het overzicht te behouden op de werkvloer

  • Bruto maandsalaris van €3.500,- tot €3.900,- (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek)
