The Role

MasterSearch is partnering with a Motor Manufacturer that specializes in Next-Generation Electric Motors for diverse industries. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand and enhance the customer base for their innovative product lines.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients through regular visits and relationship building. You will provide in-depth technical and commercial consulting from process development to contract conclusion, along with extensive support on technical and commercial matters. Your duties will include preparing quotations, negotiating and coordinating projects until acceptance, and actively developing new business relationships. You will also collaborate closely with headquarters to relay relevant market insights to the development teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for sales and a talent for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a preference for working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional European language skills are a plus.
