We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join a reputable international holding company that invests across diverse sectors within the EMEA region. This remote position focuses on providing strategic advice to executive leadership and subsidiary management teams, emphasizing business transformation, operational optimization, and performance enhancement.

The Role

As a Business Consultant, you will engage in strategic planning and corporate advisory, operational excellence, financial analysis, and change management. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement effective strategies and optimize performance across the group’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of corporate and subsidiary-level strategies.
  • Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and expansion analyses.
  • Contribute to annual business planning cycles and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Analyze operational workflows, cost structures, and performance metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimization initiatives.
  • Lead performance improvement projects across different business units.
  • Review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to assess performance gaps.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options.
  • Support restructuring initiatives and organizational design improvements.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and board materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
  • Prior exposure to holding companies or multi-entity groups in the EMEA region is highly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional and cross-border projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
