In this role, you will set the standard for operational excellence and support the Store Manager across various business functions.

The Role

You will oversee all areas of the store, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation. This includes managing the Front of House, Back of House, and Visual Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store areas, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Identify commercial opportunities and set clear sales targets, communicating them effectively to the team.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve exceptional performance.
• Ensure smooth operational processes, including stock management, ordering, and product flow.
• Serve as a role model for premium customer service, ensuring every consumer has a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong passion for retail and the Nike brand.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 level).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• If not an EU national, a valid work permit is required.
