The Role

Our client is a Series A property technology company that is revolutionizing the management of utilities for institutional real estate owners across numerous rental properties. They focus on the single-family rental market, providing property managers with an API-driven platform that automates utility management, billing, and accounting reconciliation for portfolios ranging from 150 to 50,000 units. After experiencing six years of growth through referrals, they began their SMB sales initiative last year and are rapidly expanding, boasting a 28-day average sales cycle and a strong product-market fit. This role is designed for high-volume sales, offering comprehensive support with established leads, sequences, scripts, and real-time coaching tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 120-140 outbound calls daily using a parallel dialer to schedule discovery meetings with property managers and real estate owners.
  • Enroll prospects into pre-designed email sequences in HubSpot without the need for custom writing.
  • Secure 20-25 qualified discovery meetings each month with decision-makers in property management.
  • Confirm meeting attendance and facilitate a smooth transition to Account Executives.
  • Review recorded calls and apply real-time feedback from AI-driven coaching tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance messaging and optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, easily understood accent.
  • Experience in high-volume cold calling (120+ calls per day).
  • Proven ability to consistently book qualified meetings.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels with structured guidance and coaching.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with parallel dialers or Nooks.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or real estate technology.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
