The Role

Je zult betrokken zijn bij het hele proces, van conceptontwikkeling tot serieproductie, met een focus op samenwerking tussen engineering en productie.

The Role

Als Mechanical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en optimaliseren van mechanische systemen en componenten. Je werkt met 3D CAD-software en ondersteunt de productieoverdracht door prototypes te ontwikkelen en te testen.

Responsibilities

  • Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van mechanische systemen en samenstellingen.
  • Modelleren van mechanische componenten met 3D CAD-software.
  • Ontwikkelen en testen van prototypes.
  • Ondersteunen bij de productieoverdracht naar de werkvloer.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s uit productie en engineering om productkwaliteit te verbeteren.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie, specificaties en keuringsinstructies.
  • Tijdverdeling: 50% ontwerp & modellering, 20% testen & validatie, 15% analyse & optimalisatie, 15% afstemming met leveranciers en productie.

Requirements

  • HBO Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een mechanische of machinebouwomgeving.
  • Ervaring met 3D CAD-software en productieklare tekeningen.
  • Praktische kennis van prototypebouw en testmethoden.
  • Vermogen om technische documentatie en specificaties op te stellen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met samenwerking.
  • Oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig kunnen werken binnen projectteams.
