The Role

You will not only manage but also design the operational frameworks essential for navigating significant growth phases and supporting our expanding global team. Your oversight will encompass the critical areas of Operations, Finance, and Legal, ensuring our internal systems are as robust and scalable as the decentralized networks we create.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational frameworks to support the company's growth and global team expansion.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and treasury management specific to Web3, balancing fiat and digital asset stability.
• Navigate the global regulatory landscape of decentralized infrastructure, managing external counsel for long-term stability.
• Build a top-tier HR function that attracts exceptional Web3 talent while fostering a high-performance, remote-first culture.
• Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational roadmaps, ensuring milestones are achieved across non-engineering departments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in a high-growth technology setting.
• Direct experience in the Web3/Crypto industry is highly preferred.
• Proven success in managing diverse functions across Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Experience with international entity structuring and global remote hiring.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead a distributed, global team.
