The Role

You will engage in the following activities:

• Deliver counseling to individuals, couples, and families on diverse issues.
• Collaborate with clients and care teams to develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to gather background information and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while producing detailed reports and evaluations.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt therapeutic strategies as necessary.
• Refer clients to suitable community and social service resources when required.
• Provide clinical expertise to assist in AI model training and behavioral health data development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist or equivalent.
• Significant experience in therapy with individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
• Capability to assess client needs and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with digital tools and comfort in remote working environments.
