The Role

Je werkt in ploegendienst en speelt een cruciale rol in de productie van vers brood en eierkoeken, omringd door de geur van versgebakken producten. Klaar voor de volgende stap? Als Bakery Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productielijn waar dagelijks ongeveer 60.000 broden en eierkoeken worden geproduceerd. Je houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen, met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit.
Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, met af en toe een weekenddienst, waarvoor je doordeweeks een dag vrij krijgt.
Je nieuwe werkgever produceert groot brood en hamburgerbroodjes voor grote supermarktketens in Nederland en België. Het productieproces draait continu en wordt uitgevoerd door gedisciplineerde medewerkers. De sfeer is gedreven, met hard werken en veel lachen. Het is een betrokken familiebedrijf dat je aanmoedigt om je te ontwikkelen en je talenten te tonen.
