  • Collaborating with R&D, software, and production teams to ensure smooth deployment of software updates and system configurations.
  • Supporting the ramp-up of new modules and machines by ensuring software and control systems are production-ready.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system behavior and implementing software or control optimizations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is comfortable with change and uncertainty. You should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a high-tech production environment, focusing on software integration and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and control software.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Beckhoff, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

What We Offer

Joining Nearfield Instruments presents a fantastic opportunity for growth in a supportive environment. We offer:

  • A fair and competitive salary.
  • Valuation of your work-life balance with 30 holidays per calendar year (based on 40 hours).
  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • Commuting allowance.
  • Discount on health insurance.
  • Overtime compensation.
  • A collaborative team atmosphere where support and teamwork are prioritized.
