The Role
Ben jij een ervaren logistiek professional die operationele uitmuntendheid combineert met strategisch inzicht? Heb je een sterke visie op supply chain optimalisatie en de ambitie om een team verder te ontwikkelen? Dan is deze rol als Logistics Manager een interessante volgende stap. Voor onze opdrachtgever, een internationaal opererende organisatie binnen de consumentenmarkt, zijn we op zoek naar een Logistics Manager. Vanuit Zoetermeer wordt een belangrijke logistieke operatie aangestuurd die verdere professionalisering vereist. Als Logistics Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige warehouse- en logistieke operatie in Zoetermeer. Je leidt het logistieke team en zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en toekomstbestendige inrichting van processen, systemen en samenwerking met partners. Je maakt deel uit van het bredere operationele overleg en fungeert als strategisch sparringpartner voor het managementteam op het gebied van logistiek en supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het logistieke team
- Zorgdragen voor optimaal voorraadbeheer en een veilige, efficiënte warehouse operatie
- Continu verbeteren en optimaliseren van voorraad- en warehouseprocessen
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en monitoren van een KPI-framework voor logistiek
- Budgetverantwoordelijkheid voor de logistieke afdeling
- Aansturen van externe logistieke partners en borgen van performance-afspraken
- Intensieve samenwerking met Demand Planning, Sales en Marketing om prioriteiten af te stemmen op klantbehoeften
- Actieve deelname aan OOS-meetings, S&OP-cyclus en leidinggeven aan logistieke overleggen
Requirements
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Afgeronde opleiding in Logistiek, Supply Chain of vergelijkbaar
- 5+ jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol
- Ervaring met WMS (Business Central is een sterke pré)
- Kennis van LEAN-methodieken en procesoptimalisatie
- Aantoonbare ervaring met verandermanagement
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
What We Offer
- Salaris tussen €70.000 en €85.000 bruto per jaar (op basis van 40 uur)
