The Role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent service.
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting operational expectations.
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals.
  • Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
  • Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of retail experience.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
  • Ability to initiate tasks or activities without supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
