We are seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to enhance our rapidly expanding global operations, particularly within the Amazon EU markets. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance of hazardous goods and chemical-related products, mitigating listing risks, and facilitating seamless market access.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting EU regulations and Amazon compliance policies, reviewing product technical documents for compliance, and supporting product development to ensure adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret EU regulations (REACH, CLP, etc.) and Amazon compliance policies.
• Review product technical documents (SDS/MSDS, test reports, labeling) for compliance.
• Support product development by ensuring compliance in formulation, labeling, and packaging.
• Collaborate with third-party labs and suppliers to validate compliance documentation.
• Address Amazon listing compliance issues (e.g., product takedown, appeals, risk mitigation).
• Develop and optimize internal compliance processes and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Chemistry, Materials, or a related field).
• Experience in product compliance, quality, or regulatory affairs.
• Familiarity with EU regulations and Amazon compliance requirements.
• Experience with hazardous goods and chemical compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Experience managing Amazon product compliance or listing issues is a significant advantage.
