We are seeking a motivated QC Analyst to join our Nijmegen team, where your contributions will directly impact patient access to innovative products.

The Role

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our products through QC testing, laboratory maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with manufacturing and compliance teams to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment. This position requires on-site work with flexibility for evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and calibration of HPLC equipment and laboratory instruments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
• Conduct analytical tests, including HPLC, pH measurements, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Bio Burden tests, and Particle Distribution Analysis (PDA).
• Conduct and interpret NMR analyses.
• Inspect and verify labels and incoming goods for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Document and report results following standardized protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related sciences.
• 2-3 years of experience in Quality or Quality Control.
• Experience with NMR, preferably with polymers.
• Proficiency in HPLC.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of GxP is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evening shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
