On behalf of a growing international company, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to enhance the organization's security posture, safeguard digital assets, and ensure compliance with both regional and international security standards.

The Role

This position is perfect for a proactive security professional with experience in threat detection, risk management, and cloud security within distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Implement and manage security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration testing.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Investigate security breaches and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to implement secure architecture principles.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to internal teams.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Cyber Security or Information Security roles.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar).
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and best practices.
• Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Security certifications are highly preferred (CISSP, CEH, CISM, Security+).
• Strong analytical and incident response skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross-border environment.
