The Role

Als productieoperator in 3 ploegen bij Delpharm Meppel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie van levensreddende medicijnen. Je bedient geautomatiseerde productielijnen, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en waarborgt de veiligheid en naleving van de regels.

Over het Bedrijf

Delpharm B.V. is een toonaangevende producent van innovatieve medicijnen in Meppel, waar tabletten, capsules en medicijnkorrels worden vervaardigd voor onder andere oncologie, orgaantransplantatie en urologie. Het bedrijf heeft een moderne productielocatie van 21.000 vierkante meter en een collegiale sfeer met veel aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

De Rol

In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces. Je bent voornamelijk bezig met het zelfstandig bedienen van productielijnen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op de afdelingen Packaging en Formuleren. Je taken omvatten:

  • Voorbereiden van je werkplek
  • Bedienen en ombouwen van machines
  • Schoonmaken volgens strenge regels
  • Oplossen van kleine storingen en inschakelen van coördinatoren of shiftmanagers bij afwijkingen
  • Altijd werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en GMP-regels

Vereisten

  • Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Bewustzijn van veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Goede samenwerking en communicatie met collega's
  • MBO-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
  • Ervaring als productieoperator of productiemedewerker is een pluspunt, maar starters zijn ook welkom
  • Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken

  • Salaris tussen €3180,- en €3900,- per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag
  • Werken in een 3-ploegendienst (nacht, ochtend, middag) van maandag t/m vrijdag
