The Role
Voor PolyVation zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Technisch Beheerder Faciliteiten (Facility Engineer). In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van laboratoria, cleanrooms en technische installaties binnen een hightech productieomgeving voor biomedische en farmaceutische producten. Je combineert technisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en draagt direct bij aan de continuïteit van productie en onderzoek. Door adequaat onderhoud, snelle storingsoplossing en structurele optimalisatie van installaties waarborg je een veilige en betrouwbare werkomgeving.

PolyVation ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige polymeren voor biomedische en farmaceutische toepassingen. De organisatie opereert internationaal en combineert chemische expertise met technologische innovatie. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu verbeteren staan centraal binnen de facilitaire en technische omgeving. Het team is klein, betrokken en werkt nauw samen om een stabiele en hoogwaardige productieomgeving te garanderen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren en onderhouden van laboratoria, cleanrooms, kantoren en technische installaties (HVAC, elektra, water, gassen, perslucht)
- Uitvoeren van onderhoud, kalibraties en reparaties aan installaties en apparatuur
- Oplossen van storingen en technische uitdagingen, inclusief consignatiedienst
- Aansturen en begeleiden van externe leveranciers en servicepartijen
- Uitvoeren van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden conform NEN 3140
- Beheren en programmeren van SCADA-systemen en besturingen
- Documenteren van werkzaamheden volgens GMP- en ISO 13485-richtlijnen
- Bijdragen aan optimalisatie en verbetering van facilitaire en technische processen
Eisen
- Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een technische productieomgeving, bijvoorbeeld binnen chemie, farmacie of voeding
- Ervaring met GMP-richtlijnen is een pré
- Kennis van elektrotechnische installaties en NEN 3140
- Ervaring met SCADA-systemen of bereidheid dit verder te ontwikkelen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en voldoende Engelse taalvaardigheid
