Full-Life Technologies Limited (Full-Life) is an innovative radiotherapeutics company operating in Belgium, the USA, and China. We specialize in developing radiopharmaceuticals for cancer treatment by enhancing radio-isotope supply, manufacturing technology, and cancer biology. Our mission is to control the entire value and supply chain for radiopharmaceuticals, from research and development to commercialization, ultimately benefiting patients with impactful clinical solutions. Our team comprises over 60 professionals, including entrepreneurs and experienced scientists, all dedicated to pioneering research that addresses current challenges in the field.

The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager – Planning to oversee essential production and supply planning in our rapidly growing radiopharmaceutical environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution across production, isotope supply, and global distribution, ensuring timely delivery of investigational products to clinical sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • IMP Production Planning:

    • Manage and maintain integrated CDMO production plans aligned with clinical demand, batch, and dose requirements.
    • Translate IRT demand into accurate manufacturing plans across multiple CDMOs.
    • Proactively address capacity constraints and batch cancellation risks to secure patient supply.
  • Isotope Supply – Operational Planning:

    • Oversee the weekly radioisotope supply cycle, including ordering, confirmations, adjustments, and import preparation.
    • Continuously assess isotope availability against production and clinical needs, resolving gaps as necessary.
    • Coordinate orders and supplier interactions focusing on accuracy and reliability.
  • Global IMP Distribution – Coordination with Logistics:

    • Ensure daily coordination with the Logistics Lead for reliable global IMP distribution.
    • Manage shipment execution, documentation, and compliance with logistics priorities.
    • Maintain visibility on shipment status and proactively identify risks or deviations.
  • Operational Monitoring & Issue Management:

    • Ensure compliance with time-critical delivery constraints related to product half-life.
    • Monitor operations in real-time, anticipate disruptions, and coordinate contingency actions.
    • Identify operational risks and support rapid replanning while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Data, Tracking & Continuous Improvement:

    • Ensure accuracy of supply chain data across orders, shipments, and deviations.
    • Deliver reporting to key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Clinical.
    • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes and overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in clinical supply, radiopharmaceuticals, or complex international logistics is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, distribution).
  • Familiarity with planning tools, ERP, and clinical supply systems (e.g., IRT).
  • Knowledge of global logistics and regulated environments (GDP/GxP).
  • High level of accuracy and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in an international context.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
