The Role

We are seeking a Service Management Process Manager to join a prominent European IT services organization that supports critical network operations across various locations. You will be part of an international consortium responsible for providing managed network services under a significant European institutional framework contract. The infrastructure includes extensive LAN and WAN (MPLS) systems across numerous sites, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, data center networking, multi-layered network security, telephony, and videoconferencing systems, as well as compliance and KPI-driven service management.

The Role

You will design, implement, and oversee service management processes in accordance with ITIL V3 or DevOps best practices. Your role will involve supporting operational teams by enhancing processes to ensure high-quality service delivery, continuously reviewing and optimizing procedures, conducting process audits, and driving process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage service management processes aligned with ITIL V3 or DevOps best practices.
  • Support operational teams by enhancing processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Continuously review and optimize procedures to boost process maturity.
  • Conduct or support process audits.
  • Identify, drive, and monitor process improvement initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage annual service management work plans.
  • Contribute to the specification and evolution of process-supporting tools.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITIL V3 process design and implementation.
  • ITIL certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Juniper) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and French is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and related domains.
  • Excellent documentation capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
