The Role

Stoli Group is seeking a Global Sales Director to lead its commercial strategy and drive growth across its esteemed portfolio of premium brands. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the beverage alcohol market while working with a dynamic team.

The Role

As the Global Sales Director, you will be the leading commercial executive responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Your focus will be on expanding market share, managing distributor relationships, and executing high-impact business development initiatives. You will play a crucial role in defining the long-term strategy for the region and enhancing brand equity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional strategy aligned with the Group’s global growth vision.
  • Identify and pursue regional business development opportunities, including M&A and joint ventures.
  • Expand the Group’s presence in global markets, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Lead commercial operations to drive top-line growth across various channels: on-premise, off-premise, e-commerce, and travel retail.
  • Maintain strong premium positioning for Stoli Group brands through effective pricing and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to create locally relevant brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.
  • Ensure optimal execution and alignment with strategic goals during distributor negotiations.
  • Drive end-to-end performance across logistics, supply chain, finance, and compliance.
  • Utilize market insights and KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop a regional leadership team that fosters a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth and compliance with governance standards.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of executive leadership experience in the spirits or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record in leading commercial teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of spirits industry dynamics and P&L management.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in luxury brand marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Transformational leadership capabilities to drive cultural change and innovation.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Duty-Free and Global Travel Retail markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for spirits in relevant territories.
  • Passion for premium spirits and luxury brand marketing.
