The Role
Vacature | Engineering Lead - Mechanical – Enschede. Wil jij technische teams aansturen en bijdragen aan complexe projecten binnen de offshore en zware industrie? Bij Huisman Equipment B.V. zijn we op zoek naar een Engineering Lead - Mechanical die impact wil maken binnen internationale projecten.
The Role
Als Engineering Lead - Mechanical ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team engineers en het succesvol realiseren van technisch complexe projecten. Je combineert inhoudelijke kennis met leiderschap en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en voortgang.
Responsibilities
- Aansturen en coachen van een team mechanical engineers
- Verantwoordelijk voor resourceplanning en taakverdeling
- Bewaken van engineering kwaliteit en projectvoortgang
- Zorgen dat ontwerpen voldoen aan project- en disciplinestandaarden
- Bijdragen aan verbetering van engineering processen en methodieken
Requirements
- HBO/WO Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ jaar ervaring binnen mechanical engineering
- Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van engineers
- Sterke technische kennis (design en structureel)
- Goede plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Nederlands is vereist)
- Woonachtig binnen ca. 50 km van Enschede
