The Role

The Software Architect plays a crucial role within the R&D organization, collaborating with a software/system development group to establish a technical vision and roadmap that delivers future value to our customers. You will be instrumental in shaping our software architecture and enhancing customer experience through innovative and cohesive solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and uphold an architectural vision that addresses both immediate and future needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, Service/Factory teams, and Development teams.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to inform high-level design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in developing sophisticated products, gathering and analyzing requirements, evaluating technical trade-offs, and designing core components.
  • Proficiency in architectural models/views and architecture patterns.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for design, coding, and quality.
  • Ability to maintain a high-level perspective and possess abstract thinking skills.
