The Role

MCA Engineering Netherlands is a dynamic and rapidly expanding high-tech engineering and consulting firm, originally from France and now operating across Europe. We specialize in the design and implementation of innovative systems for large-scale industrial projects. Our office in Eindhoven is just the beginning, with plans to establish multiple locations throughout the Netherlands. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to assemble, wire, and test sophisticated electrical and electronic systems, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will work closely with engineers and mechanical technicians while also having the capability to work independently on complex electrical builds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, wire, and connect electrical and electronic components based on drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and reliability in all tasks.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to assembly methods, component selection, and testing processes.

Requirements

  • MBO (Level 4) or equivalent technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or equipment manufacturing.
  • Preferred experience with high-end or precision equipment.
  • Familiarity with test and measurement setups is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, control circuits, and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards (CE, ESD, etc.).
  • Certified in relevant quality standards (IPC J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620).
