The Role
AgentFire is the leading real estate website platform in North America, known for creating brand-focused websites that serve as effective sales tools for agents and teams. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visually appealing, conversion-ready Ignite websites using our proprietary editor, established themes, and workflows, while collaborating closely with a Project Manager to adhere to timelines.
The Role
You will be responsible for building Ignite sites using approved templates and design systems, implementing client content, and making minor layout adjustments to ensure brand consistency. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain proactive communication regarding project updates.
Responsibilities
- Build Ignite sites in our builder using designated templates and sections.
- Implement client content including copy, images, and logos, while making light layout adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to adhere to project timelines and milestones.
- Manage multiple Ignite projects concurrently.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation for project updates.
Requirements
- 1+ year of practical experience in building WordPress sites.
- Familiarity with popular WordPress visual builders (Elementor, Divi, Oxygen) is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CSS3, SCSS, HTML, and responsive design.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

- CRM: HubSpot
- Communication: Slack
- Virtual Meetings: Google Meet
- Web Builder: Spark Editor (Proprietary, similar to Elementor, Divi, WPBakery)
What We Offer
- Hourly Rate: $8-$12 USD/hr (based on experience).
- Hours: 40 hours/week, aligned with EST working hours.
