The Role

De Rol

Je zult de rol van Kantoorleider Accountancy vervullen, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het aansturen van het accounting- en payrollteam. Je coördineert de werkvoorraad, deadlines en compliance, leidt digitalisering en systeemmigraties, en verbetert en standaardiseert financiële processen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan het accounting- en payrollteam
  • Coördineren van werkvoorraad, deadlines en compliance
  • Leiden van digitalisering en systeemmigraties
  • Verbeteren en standaardiseren van financiële processen

Vereisten

  • Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Accountancy of Finance
  • Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in financiële administratie
  • Ervaring met Exact, Twinfield, Infine, Nextens
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering in administratiekantoren
